A customized and integrated practice management package for Ontario Accident Benefits matters.  Built using LexisNexis Time Matters practice management software for case, workflow and claims management,, LexisNexis PCLaw billing and accounting, and HotDocs for automatically generating documents for applying for insurance benefits from a motor vehicle insurer. Practice management systems include views for AB claims for each matter as well as a centralized claims lists showing all claims, claims denied, expense claims, and unpaid claims.  Templates include correspondence with insurers and other parties, expense sheets, OCF forms and Application for Mediation.  Templates are built in HotDocs software. Users complete an intake interview that captures information needed to complete most forms. The system is designed especially for high volume processing of accident benefits claims. Calculations are performed automatically for expense claims and OCF forms. Price is for monthly subscription for up to 5 users and includes technical support, and webinar training. Annual subscription option available.
